Free Music Monday #5!!!

Happy Halloween my fellow bass fiends! This is 5th installment of FMM and it is definitely the spookiest! I'm keeping things short and simple this week so you can have more music for tonight's endeavors (read: party until you puke like a jack-o-lantern). There's some bangers, hardcore electro and some moomba to keep you on a bass high all night!

Artist Spotlight - FIGURE!!!

Today I'm starting an official countdown to what is going to be one of the craziest shows to come to SLO this fall. That's right, I'm talking (well, typing) about Figure @ The Graduate this Saturday! If you haven't heard of Figure then it's about time you start paying attention. Here's what Beatport says about him:

“Scoring positions in Beatport’s top ten charts may have gotten him recognition, but a fantastic amount of praise has been raining down on him lately as some of the leading artists in electronic music have valued his live performance skills as some of the best in the business. It’s those kind of endorsements that load up Figure’s tour calendar...” – Beatportal.com

Lucky for us, we have a chance to see him Saturday night!! Featuring tracks from his new album, Monsters of Drumstep Vol. 2, this Halloween/costume party/explosion is one show you won't want to miss! And if all of that isn't enough to catch your attention, Figure has been giving away FREE tracks left and right! Audiobit - Hella Hard (Original Mix)

Here's a new track by local dubstep DJ/producer Audiobit. You can't tell from the weather we've been having lately, but it's Halloween month and 'Hella Hard' sets the mood perfectly. This is only a taste of what you bass fiends will experience when Audiobit opens at the Laidback Luke + Zeds Dead show on October 26th. It's going to be a show that you definitely wont want to miss!
